Study Abroad in Business

Catalog description

This course is intended for students who are selected to participate in a business-focused short-term visit to a foreign country. Prior to departure to the foreign country, participating students will receive an introduction to the basic concepts and principles of intercultural communication and cultural engagement as well as to business in the foreign country. While in the foreign country, participating students will experience the foreign country’s culture and gain essential insight as to the business environment which exists in the foreign country.
