Catalog description
This course is designed for students completing the Spanish Minor in the Medical Professions Track. It will focus on mental health, including how mental health well-being has been affected by contemporary events (COVID-19, social media, etc.). Topics include eating disorders, addiction, and domestic violence. Students will learn about these topics and how to discuss them with Spanish-speaking clients and patients.
