This course explores foundational theories, concepts, and skills related to engagement with individuals, groups, communities, and organizations. Emphasis will be placed on building rapport, reflexivity, critical discourse and dialogue, demonstrating cultural humility, and establishing professional helping relationships across micro, mezzo, and macro levels.
