Catalog description

This interdisciplinary course explores how climate change and environmental futures are imagined, narrated, and contested across the Portuguese-speaking world. Through a combination of literary texts, film, visual art, ethnographic studies, and scientific discourse, we investigate how climate change is lived, represented, and resisted in diverse Lusophone contexts, including Brazil, Mozambique, Angola, and Portugal. Taught in English.
