Catalog description

This course addresses how our current food system impacts the health of people, communities, and the environment. Students will hear from experts across these domains and review the current literature about evidence-based approaches to address the major challenges. Students will learn how to assist local food system partners on how to promote a healthier and sustainable food system. Students may enroll in a 3 credit or 1 credit option.
