Catalog description

The class combines the theory and practice of nonprofit law. Students will learn the fundamentals of state and federal nonprofit law along with concrete skills required to practice nonprofit law effectively. Students will regularly engage in simulation exercises and will grapple in class with concrete issues that arise in the Community Development Law ("CDL") Clinic.
