Catalog description

This course will allow students to expand their skills in using legal resources and online research tools. It will focus on finding and evaluating administrative law, including sources of agency rulemaking (Federal Register, CFR, & state equivalents), sources of agency decision-making (administrative courts, decisions, and guidance), and sources of other administrative powers (investigation, jurisdiction). Upon completion of this course, students will have gained experience formulating efficient research methodologies to complete an administrative law research task.
