Catalog description

In this course, students will work as the assistant editors for Traces: The UNC-Chapel Hill Journal of History, collaborating with the graduate student editorial team and their faculty advisor to produce a peer-reviewed academic journal. Students will be introduced to the full academic publishing process, selecting which papers to accept/reject, working with accepted authors to refine their articles, and assisting in the maintenance of the website and creation of the physical journal.
