Catalog description

Students will be introduced to a variety of disciplinary and methodological approaches to community-engaged research at UNC and beyond through individual and collaborative study. By focusing on cutting-edge participatory research, students will gain familiarity with a range of approaches, consider ethical and practical issues of participatory research, and plant seeds for a participatory research project of their own.
