Managing People and Professional Relationships prepares students in all disciplines for the formal or informal leadership roles they may hold throughout their career. Topics will include personnel management, communication, negotiation, and professional decision-making. Students will engage with a variety of activities and materials designed to strengthen their ability to work effectively with others in any professional setting.
