Catalog description

This seminar explores a rule of law, legal analysis, the constitutional framework and fundamental rights, statutory and case law, basic legal research for primary authority, and the realities of the adversarial system and legal representation. Students will be engaged in analytical thinking and expression through classroom discussion, analytical papers, and examinations.
