Catalog description

This advanced technical communication course will help you develop skills in developing professional communication with a focus on developing written and oral communications for clients, user experience, project management, and technical editing. You will assess the communications needs for a client, develop a communication plan to fulfill that need, and then produce polished, professional deliverables for that client, including oral communication. You will also practice presenting communication plans and final documents orally to clients.
