Catalog description

Course examines the complex dynamics of organizational change and leadership within a broad range of contexts. Through a critical analysis of change theories, leadership models, and case studies, students will explore strategies to successfully lead and manage change processes in organizations. Emphasis on understanding the social, cultural, and structural factors influencing change, including ethical and strategic considerations necessary for effective leadership. Students will engage in applied research, reflective practice, and collaborative projects to develop advanced competencies in diagnosing organizational challenges, designing change initiatives, and fostering resilient leadership practices through a blend of learning to make connections between theory and practice.
