Catalog description

Graduate-level course explores the intersection of design thinking principles and social constructs to drive organizational success and innovation. Students will engage with frameworks that emphasize empathy, collaboration, and iterative problem-solving, equipping them to navigate complex challenges across a broad range of organizations. Through case studies and hands-on projects, participants will learn to apply design thinking methodologies to foster people-centered cultures, enhance team dynamics, and implement creative solutions that align with organizational goals.
