This course explores topics in law and economics. Students learn about economic models, principles, and research applied to relevant legal questions. Specific topics include: the economic foundations of property, tort, and contract law; how economic principles inform enforcement practices; and how economics concepts are applied in domains such as antitrust and intellectual property.
