Leadership for Wicked Problems.

Catalog description

This course tackles global "wicked problems" such as inequality, climate change, and political polarization. Students will learn leadership theory, meet leaders, and analyze their successes and failures. The course focuses on problem-solving, teaching students how to approach issues from multiple perspectives, think holistically, and address the ethical dimensions of business decisions. Through case studies and interdisciplinary thinking, students will refine their leadership identity, cultivate adaptability, and develop the skills to make a meaningful impact on complex, evolving challenges.
