This course provides an overview of health care in the US from a business perspective. Students will be introduced to the structure and component parts of the health care system and will study basic economic issues, public policies, and market developments as they impact the industry and the delivery of care/services. The course covers the P's of healthcare- providers, payers, producers, and patients. Includes a mix of cases, articles and guest speakers.
