Catalog description
This engaged, experiential course focuses on how to facilitate your and others' flourishing. Effective coaching and leadership requires you to be self-aware and able to understand, motivate, and influence others. This course focuses on understanding and developing your mindset and skills, increasing your self-awareness and growth as a coach and leader, and influencing others. Students may not receive credit for both BUSI 444 and BUSI 555 . Course is designated for student athletes.
