This course examines the psychology of business across cultures, preparing students to lead international teams and global organizations. Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, sociology, and related fields, students explore how culture influences leadership, communication, and organizational behavior. Through conceptual and experiential learning, participants develop cultural intelligence, adaptability, and practical leadership skills. Students learn to navigate cross-cultural differences, build trust, and lead effectively in diverse global contexts. Reserved for students in the TREBLE PROGRAM, this course equips future leaders for success in an evolving international business landscape.
