This multi-disciplinary course explores business ethics through both philosophical and psychological perspectives. Students will build frameworks for identifying and analyzing ethical issues in business, engaging with diverse viewpoints to develop critical thinking skills rather than prescribing what is right or good. The course also examines psychological factors that influence ethical decision-making, focusing on scientifically-grounded strategies to overcome blind spots and act in alignment with personal values. Through active, experiential activities and custom-designed case studies, students will learn practical approaches to ethical challenges, aiming to foster personal growth, fulfillment, and a deeper understanding of ethical behavior in business contexts.
