Catalog description

Glial cells make up about half of the brain cells, and it is becoming evident that brain functions depend on glial cells (astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, and microglia). In this course, we will read a series of scientific papers covering glial development and their function in neuronal circuits. Students will be familiar with the current concepts and knowledge of this exciting neuroscience field.
