Catalog description

Sculpture Garden is a theme-based course taught through a faculty-led project as a way to develop interdisciplinary student-centered approaches to large scale/public artworks on campus and beyond. The course is centered on the Alumni Sculpture Garden as a locus for understanding space, place, and large scale contemporary art. Coursework reflects the intellectual and professional missions and research-creations of our faculty, collaboratively engaging these skill sets, from ideation to execution in projects and research presentation of scale.
