Catalog description

The course focuses on the use of shallow geophysical principles and techniques to address geological, archaeological, and environmental problems. The course will study the strengths and weaknesses of geophysical techniques in various geologic settings and how to collect and interpret field data for defined applications. Written reports and group projects will be required.
