Human Behavior and the Social Environment II

. This course employs systems theory and social entities such as culture, communities, and formal organizations. Groups and families are conceptualized as macro, mezzo, and micro systems that form the social environment of the individual. The course is based on the social work principle that human behavior and problems are determined by interaction between individuals and macro, mezzo, and micro systems by which they are surrounded.
