Topics include analysis of trends market activity, sales, lending, conducting research studies, land-use studies, city planning, traffic studies, population behavior and mobility, consumer spending, trade area, analysis of shopping center development, tract development (sales, projections, surveys), service station location, population projection, employment trends, urban renewal projects, community reuse studies.
