The course will use an interdisciplinary approach to exam the interaction among psychological factors and performance in sports and physical activities. The course will cover the following topic areas: Personality, Motivation, and Physiological Arousal and Stress; Group and Team Dynamics; Aggression in Sports: Enhancing Performance and Arousal Regulation; and Sport and Psychological Well-Being.
