Choral and Instrumental Methods

Catalog description

. Methods and materials designed for teaching general, choral, and instrumental music in grades 6 through 12. Emphasis will be placed on national standards, methods for good rehearsal techniques, and understanding how children learn at various ages. All students will be expected to demonstrate teaching proficiency of diverse student populations. (Three hours lecture and one hour laboratory weekly.)
