Catalog description

. Development of cadet proficiency in planning, executing, and assessing complex operations, functioning as a member of a staff, and providing performance feedback to subordinates. Emphasis will be placed on assessing risk, making ethical decisions, leading fellow ROTC cadets, identifying responsibilities of key staff, coordinating staff roles, and using situational opportunities to teach, train, and develop subordinates. Study of military justice and personnel processes in preparation for transition to the Army. Laboratory required. Consent of instructor required. Instructor: Staff.
