. This course provides an in-depth understanding of the principles and practices of effective human resource management. The topics covered include human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, career planning, job analysis and evaluation, performance appraisal, employee compensation and benefits, labor-management relations, discipline and grievance handling, and equal employment opportunity. All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of “C” or better.
