Catalog description

. This course aims to develop in students a greater understanding of the behavioral aspects of management including topics such as perception, motivation, communication, persuasion, decision making, bargaining and negotiation, conflict management, group processes, power and politics, and leadership. These concepts are used to analyze classic and contemporary topics and cases. All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of “C” or better.
