Adapted Sports

Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce students to a variety of adapted sports. Students will be able to participate in each sport by acquiring the skills necessary to play the actual game, managing and operating equipment necessary for use of the sport. The course will focus on wheelchair basketball, wheelchair tennis, wheelchair badminton, sit volleyball, beep baseball, boccia, handcycling, and adaptive CrossFit.
