Course content include identifying training needs, designing and implementing training programs to satisfy individual and organizational goals, and evaluating training program effectiveness. Theories of leadership development, team-building, organizational and individual learning, orientation and socialization, career development, training delivery, trainer skill development and training for international operations are also discussed.
