This course provides the student with supervised managerial work experience in lodging, travel and tourism, food service, and/or recreation and entertainment. Participation in a monthly seminar, submission of biweekly case studies, internship reports and a portfolio are mandatory. All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of “C” or better.
