. This course provides opportunity for students to operate a large hotel obtaining certification of hotel industry analytics (CHIA). This is the only hotel-related certification for university students graduating from hospitality and tourism programs throughout the world. HADM 3410 - Convention and Event Management ( 3 ) HADM 3500 - Food Production and Service Management ( 3 ) HADM 3700 - Hospitality Leadership ( 3 ) HADM 1000 - This course focuses on leadership theory and application. It gives insight phenomena of leadership and integrates recent research and applications on subjects impacting the hospitality and tourism industry. Packed with interesting examples of real world leadership, the student will develop an understanding of theory while acquiring the necessary skills and insights to become effective leaders.
