Principles of Finance

. This course is designed to give business and non-business students an understanding of the fundamentals of corporate finance. The course introduces students to the time value of money and its application to securities valuation. Other topics covered include the risk-return relationship, basic capital budgeting, firm debt and dividend policies, financial ratios, international corporation finance, and mergers and acquisitions. All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of “C” or better.
