Dance Foundations provides a dance overview and foundation for students in exploring basic techniques in ballet, modern, and jazz, as well as basic anatomical awareness that is pervasive for dancers. Gaining movement skills in coordination and balance, flexibility, and spatial awareness is the focus of this course.
