Good Clinical Practices

Catalog description

This is a 1-credit course for students meeting the requirements for the Clinical Research Program. This course will help the student understand the responsibilities and expectations for conduct, monitoring, reporting and documenting of clinical trials. Students will learn to distinguish between GCP and GMP in pharmaceutical, device and biologic GCP, and understand corrective action and compliance standards as well as the legal and procedural elements of GCP.
