Catalog description

This course offers a comprehensive overview of the history and evolution of the clinical research process and the conduct of clinical trials. Students will also explore current topics on drug/device development from discovery to approval, Human Subjects protections, and the different roles and responsibilities of those involved in research. Discussions will include a detailed glimpse of the key stakeholders in the research industry and current regulations that govern clinical trails.
