Catalog description
This course will apply classical and contemporary ethical paradigms to the administration of criminal justice. Students will examine the numerous social issues which impact criminal justice practitioners and the application of discretionary powers. Specific ethical issues and codes of conduct associated with law enforcement, corrections, and the courts will be emphasized.
