. A course on computer applications of numerical algorithms for solving applied linear algebra problems and optimization problems that arise in various sciences and engineering. Programming in FORTRAN and MATLAB with emphasis on visualization of the numerical solutions. Prior knowledge of FORTRAN and MATLAB is desirable.
