. An introductory, comprehensive study of the physical and chemical properties of the four major classes of biomolecules: carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, and nucleic acids. The course will include introduction to model analytical methods specific to each class of biomolecule. Also, special topics that are correlative to each of the biomolecule classes will be covered. Cross-listed With BIOL 4560 (Three lecture hours per week)
