Pre- or Co-requisite: CHEM 3330 - Organic Chemistry Laboratory I (1) This laboratory course is designed to replace the current two credit organic chemistry laboratory, CHEM 3320. It is a continuation of CHEM 3330 Introductory Organic Chemistry Part I. The synthesis, isolation, and purification of targeted organic compounds followed by their characterization by chromatographic and spectroscopic methods are emphasized.
