Catalog description

This course consists of laboratories that reinforce the concepts covered in CHEM 2020. Students will gain hands-on experience using a variety of laboratory equipment and techniques. This laboratory course emphasizes the basic principles of chemical separations. Laboratory studies of gravimetric and titrimetric analyses are also encountered. This course must be taken concurrently with CHEM 2020. (One three-hour laboratory period per week.)
