Student Teaching in the Special Education Setting

12 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course provides special education teacher candidates with observation and supervised teaching experiences in special education grades K-12. It includes the study of effective teaching strategies as well as the application and practice of methods, techniques and materials for instruction in the classroom. Students will meet periodically during the semester experience for the purpose of group discussion, reflection and feedback.
