3 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course provides students with advanced preparation in advocacy & debate, with an emphasis on research, deliberation, analysis, and refutation. Students will actively engage in structured deliberation and advocacy exercises, with an emphasis on advocacy related to health controversies. Students will practice identifying and integrating research, preparing and delivering advocacy statements, and effectively crafting messages for diverse audiences.
