Advanced Experimental Design and Scientific Writing

3 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course provides additional training in experimental design and the craft of writing about scientific research. Students will gain expertise in conducting the experimental design process from start to finish, including designing an experimental study, carrying out an appropriate statistical analysis of the data, and properly interpreting and communicating the findings. Advanced experimental methods, including factorial ANOVA design, will be covered. Manuscript writing, submission and peer review will be additional components of the course.
