3 Lecture Hour(s) 1 Lab Hour(s) This course focuses on applying quantitative analyses on biological questions, and through these analyses, showing how biological systems evolve to navigate the noisy environment, as well as how fundamental physics can be used to understand biological phenomena. Subjects include chemotaxis and rheotaxis, evolutionary game theory, population dynamics and bifurcation theory, and the emergence of collective dynamics.
