3 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course describes specific values, roles expectations and responsibilities of nurses and health care professionals engaged in interprofessional collaborative practice. Effective communication and collaborative skills and team-based care will be discussed and demonstrated. Students will reflect on their personal and professional values and develop ways to practice in teams that improve patient care outcomes.
