Catalog description

This course focuses on the refinement of cognitive and psychomotor Nursing skills. Physiological and psychosocial needs of adults with acute and/or chronic illnesses are explored in the context of professional Nursing. The theory and clinical components focus on development of critical thinking skills and clinical judgment. Using evidence-based Nursing practice as their foundation, students provide quality patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
