2 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course utilized the “Stimulus-Response” principle as a basis for the examination of the influence of age on adaptation to physical activity in general, and exercise in particular from childhood to the elderly. The course focuses on the adaptation to aerobic and anaerobic fitness, balance, flexibility, agility, proprioception, endurance, power, speed, coordination, and accuracy. In addition, this course examines key tissues, organs, and system affected according to age.
